Update #2 · Latest ·

This amendment is to upload a question and answer document (QA).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is W9132T22Q0001 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) requires a preventative maintenance plan for the JEOL Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), JSM-6390, that will primarily include telephone/online support for customer service and usage issues. It would also include cleaning and calibration of the highly specialized lab equipment, and discounts on any replacement parts needed. The award will fund a 12-month plan upon award and include options to renew for two additional years.

Please reference the attached RFQ for full detail of the requirement as well as all applicable provisions and clauses.

Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date and time listed above to:

CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil

Telephone responses will not be accepted.

* Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete representations and certifications. This system combines data that was formerly contained in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR), Online Representation and Certifications (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). For more information, review the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov.
