The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Repair Mechanical System at Bldg 1867 at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all repairs or maintenance requirements throughout, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints.  The project will include replacement of bldg. 1867 air handling units and boilers, removal of an existing lift station and valve vault, installation of a grinder pump station installation of a new 4-inch gravity sanitary sewer line and a 1-1/2 inch samitary sewer force main. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 16 February 2016. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 16 March 2016. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty days (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open small business in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: www.sam.gov). Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/). The magnitude of this project is between $150,000.00 and $500,000.00
