The purpose of this amendment is to: Add the site visit date and time to Section L of the solicitation. The site visit date and time remain unchanged as stated in the FBO Posting description and in the continuation page paragraph F. All other areas of the solicitation remain the unchanged.

THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held on 08 Aug 17 at 1:00 PM (CDT). All parties will meet at the
main conference room in the 375 CONS, 201 E Winters Street Building 52, Scott AFB IL 62225. See solicitation for additional information.
This project includes the repair/replace/upgrade for the HVAC and building envelope systems Chilled Water Loop to provide cooling for the USTRANSCOM conference/training center. This project will replace existing direct expansion (DX) units serving AV Control Room and Hospitality Suite with Chilled Water Air Handling Units. Tie into existing B1907 Chilled Water system. Move the existing B1907 chilled water (CHW) pump into existing mechanical room. Install a second CHW pump in parallel with the existing CHW pump to provide redundant pumping capacity.
In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and FAR 52.204-7, entitled "System for Award Management", Prospective contractor shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Registration requires offerors to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately at https://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for a timely award.
The estimated magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220. The small business size standard for the subject NAICS is $36,500,000.
Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site, www.fbo.gov, for any solicitation amendments.

In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.2, the Government hereby publicizes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action for the Repair Chilled Water Loop solicitation FA440717R0006.
The 375th Contracting Squadron at Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225 intends to issue a Request for Proposals for the upcoming requirement.
This project includes the repair/replace/upgrade for the HVAC and building envelope systems Chilled Water Loop to provide cooling for the USTRANSCOM conference/training center.
