The submission of written questions will not preclude anyone from posing questions during the conference.

Prospective offerors are advised that the pre-proposal conference will be held solely for the purpose of explaining the project and terms and conditions of the solicitation. Questions received, in writing, and subsequent answers will be posted to FedBizOpps.

Notice to Offerors: Offerors are encouraged to submit in writing all questions and requests for clarifications no less than ten (10) days prior to the RFP closing date.
