d. To Change block 13 from an offer guarantee is to is NOT required
e. To change clase 5352.215-9001(c) from 15 May 2015 3PM Pacific Standard Time to 26 May 2015 3PM Pacific Standard Time.
f. To incorporate additional attachment to Section J. Attachment 6, 7, and 8.
This acquisition is a 100% HUBZone. This Request For Proposal FA4610-15-R-0013 will be a firm fixed price contract. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The small business size standard is $36,500,000.00. The Contractor shall provide the government with the design, construction, and warranty for the Renovation of Missile Handing Vehicle Build 8314 Vandenberg AFB, California. All work shall be in conformance with the requirements of the contract including furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management and other services (including engineering/technical support), items and incidentals necessary thereto. The work is required in support of the 30th Civil Engineering Squadron, Base Civil Engineering activities. The Government intends to award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be available via FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued from this office. All potential offerors must be registered on the FedBizOpps.gov website in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The SAM site is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1. It is important to read the solicitation completely, as there are terms and conditions that must be met by the prospective offeror in order for the proposal to be considered responsive. The government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. A site visit is scheduled for 8:00 AM Pacific Time on Monday, 11 MAY 2015 at Vandenberg AFB Visitor Center, corner of CA Hwy 1 and California Blvd, Vandenberg AFB, CA. The purpose of the site visit will be to answer questions regarding the solicitation and is not intended for contractors to present their capabilities. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must RSVP in writing by contacting ALL the following individuals no later than 5 MAY 2015 at 9:00AM Pacific Standard Time:

Pre-Solicitation Notice - Renovate Building 8314

The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal Number FA4610-15-R-0013, renovate Building 8413 at Vandenberg AFB, California, on or about 23 April 2015. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to, renovate Building 8413 at Vandenberg AFB. The Award is contemplated as a 100% HUBZone set aside. The NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $36.5M. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR part 36 Construction and Architect - Engineer Contracts. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Additional information or postings will be posted for viewing on FedBizOpps at https://www.fbo.gov/.
