Key requirements include submission of a Certificate of Conformance per FAR 52.246-15, proof of traceability to the original equipment manufacturer Airbus Defence and Space SAU, and documentation demonstrating authorization as an Airbus distributor. The solicitation anticipates a firm-fixed price sole-source award to Airbus DS Military Aircraft, Inc., though all responsible sources may submit quotations for consideration, with awards made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror representing best value to the government. The deadline for quotation submission is February 18, 2026, with offers remaining firm for 60 calendar days from the specified receipt date.

The requirement involves delivery of one unit to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, with delivery required within 90 days after receipt of order on an F.O.B. Destination basis. No specific award value is stated in the solicitation notice; pricing will be determined through market research as the fair and reasonable price determination method. Contractors must furnish new manufactured commercial items only and comply with extensive quality assurance, packaging, and inspection requirements specific to USCG aircraft applications, including use of appropriate packaging materials suitable for land, air, or sea transport. Payment will be made electronically upon invoice submission marked "FAST PAY" sent to ALC-Fiscal@uscg.mil.
