The Coast Guard requires 3,000 compression rivets (NSN 5320-01-320-6241, Part Number 956071) with delivery by December 30, 2026. All parts must be new manufactured items from Safran Aerosystems (CAGE Code F6101) or an OEM-approved source, with clear, documented, and auditable traceability from the OEM-approved manufacturing source. Shipment is F.O.B. Destination to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and a Certificate of Conformance is required for all items.

The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. NAICS code 336413 applies. FAR 52.217-6 Option for Increased Quantity is incorporated and tailored to permit the government to increase the quantity by up to 3,000 additional units (maximum 6,000 total) at the unit price quoted, with exercise possible within one calendar year of purchase order award.

Award evaluation proceeds on a lowest-price-technically-acceptable basis: only the lowest priced offer is initially evaluated for technical acceptability; if unacceptable, evaluation proceeds to the next lowest priced offer until a technically acceptable offer is identified. Technical acceptability is determined by the offeror's ability to provide new commercial items from the OEM or OEM-approved source with exact part numbers as listed. Prices must be fair and reasonable; quantity and prompt payment discounts will be considered. Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the quotation due date.
