Place of performance is the USCG Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, where delivery is F.O.B. Destination. Two sources supply the required door: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (part number 70209-82542-109, cage code 78286) and Pryer Aerospace, LLC (part number PMT-70209-82542-109, cage code 7GK59); both variants carry "no pilot holes" specifications. The NAICS code is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

Per FAR 52.217-6, the USCG may unilaterally require an optional additional quantity of up to four units for a maximum total of eight, at the same price and lead time, exercisable for up to 365 days after initial award. Award will be firm-fixed price on a competitive basis to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Evaluation methodology applies a low-price-first screening: only the lowest priced offer receives technical acceptability review; if that offer is technically unacceptable, evaluation continues with the next lowest priced offer until a technically acceptable offer is identified. Contractors must furnish a Certificate of Conformance per FAR 52.246-15 and maintain full traceability. The solicitation document is effective November 28, 2025, under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).
