About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of State's Consulate General in Casablanca, Morocco is seeking potable water quality testing services through RFQ number 19M03025Q0007. Key requirements include using a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 standards, performing analyses according to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency methods, and providing electronic reports within 21 calendar days of sample receipt. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit quotations electronically to CasablancaProc@state.gov by September 16, 2025, at 1400 local time.
The solicitation initially indicated no set-aside designation but the Standard Form 1449 identifies this as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside opportunity. The contract structure includes a base year with four option years, running from October 15, 2025 to October 14, 2030, for a total potential five-year term. The procurement involves two line items with quantities of 12 units each: one for the monthly water quality testing services and another for monthly VAT amounts. All services will be performed in the Casablanca-Settat region of Morocco, with the contract administered by the US Consulate Casablanca Procurement Section and payments processed by the US Embassy Morocco Financial Management Office in Rabat. No incumbent contractors or specific award values are mentioned in the available documentation.
