The Philpott Lake facility complex serves approximately 350,000 annual visitors across nearly 3,000 acres of reservoir and an additional 6,400 acres of park, operations, and natural resource management lands. The service areas include multiple parks with varied facilities such as campsites, picnic areas, boat ramps, swim beaches, and restroom facilities, requiring comprehensive janitorial coverage across all identified locations. While this is preliminary market research and does not represent a binding solicitation or obligate the government to award a contract, it signals the Army Corps' intent to solicit formal bids in the near term for these essential facility maintenance services.
