Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a Single Source, the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a five (5) year firm-fixed price IDIQ contract on a sole source basis with PETNET Solutions, 810 Innovation Drive, Knoxville, TN 37932 for furnishing the following types of PET/CT Radiopharmaceuticals: Flourodeoxyglucose F18 (FDG), Sodium Flouride F18 (NaF), Ammonia (N13), Florbetapir F18 (Amyvid), and Fluciclovine F18 (Axumin). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325412 and the Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees.
