About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced a phased transition from the Resident Management System (RMS) to the Construction Management Platform (CMP) between January 2027 and September 2027; this notice is informational and does not alter current contract terms or specifications. USACE is actively reviewing and modifying current contracts to align with the CMP Specification where not already included. The RMS Specification (UFGS 01 45 00.15 10) governs contracts until each district deploys to CMP and the relevant contract modification takes effect; the CMP Specification (UFGS 01 45 00.25 10) then governs going forward. Construction contractors should review both specifications and consult their assigned Contracting Officer or Contracting Office Representative for contract-specific questions regarding the transition timeline and any required modifications. USACE maintains the CMA2 portal for training materials and updated transition guidance as they become available.
