The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is to maintain transformer #1 at Bldg 81190 at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all repairs or maintenance requirements throughout, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints.
The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 8 February 2016. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 8 March 2016. The Performance Period for this project is two hundred and ten (210) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. There is a winter exclusion period from 15 November - 16 April. This acquisition is set aside to 100% small business in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site www.sam.gov). All responsible sources must submit an offer good to 30 September 2016, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with SAM. (See Internet Site: http://www.sam.gov). The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
