About this opportunity
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has issued a Special Notice regarding the acquisition of licenses to support service and maintenance. The DEA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with JSI TELCOM INC for these services.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to allow other vendors an opportunity to submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the government's requirements. However, the DEA has already justified the sole source award to JSI TELCOM INC based on their unique qualifications to maintain and enhance the existing proprietary JSI software and ensure compatibility with the DEA's systems. The total estimated value of the requirement is $4,454,860 for a 12-month period of performance from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. Capability statements must be submitted by April 4, 2024 at 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures" and the NAICS code for this requirement is 334290.
