This award covers an Integrated Operating Room (IOR) components, systems options & varying levels of Turnkey Installation, Maintenance and Training.
This is the third of three contracts awarded against this solicitation. Other awards were made to American Medical Depot (AMD) and Steris Inc. Delivery orders will be competed.
All three awards have the same term (5 year base plus 3 additional one year options) and the same contract maximum dollar value of $400 Million.
The contract term is a five (5) year base period with three (3) additional, one year option periods. The total, potential contract term, if all option periods are exercised is eight (8) years.
Exercise of option periods is a unilateral, Government decision.

Delivery orders for the Integrated Operating Room (IOR) will be competed for complete systems with varying levels of Turnkey Installation, Maintenance and Training. Typical commercial items purchased with an IOR may include but not be limited to the following items: surgical lights, flat panel arms, integration devices, equipment booms, anesthesia booms, surgical tables, monitors, cameras and endoscopic equipment.
The contract term is a five (5) year base period with three (3) additional, one year option periods. The total, potential contract term, if all option periods are exercised is eight (8) years.

The Integrated Operating Room (IOR) will be purchased complete with varying levels of Turnkey Installation, Maintenance and Training. Typical commercial items purchased with an IOR may include but not be limited to the following items: surgical lights, flat panel arms, integration devices, equipment booms, anesthesia booms, surgical tables, monitors, cameras and endoscopic equipment.
Multiple offers are anticipated. When proposals are received against the solicitation, DLA Troop Support will make awards to all responsible, technically acceptable offerors who can comply with the Statement of Work and can supply their IOR systems at a fair and reasonable price.
The contract term is a five (5) year base period with three (3) additional, one year option periods. The total, potential contract term, if all option periods are exercised is eight (8) years.
Exercise of option periods is a unilateral, Government decision.
