About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal intends to conduct one-on-one sessions for industry partners who met the entrance criteria for the Integrated Battle Command (IBCS) System Hardware Low-Rate Initial Production/Full-Rate Production requirement. The sessions will allow industry to provide questions and comments regarding the requirement and receive responses to clarification questions submitted from the draft RFP. Interested parties must respond to this pre-solicitation notice by August 3, 2020 to request a session, limited to a maximum of five individuals per company.
There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. Requests for the one-on-one sessions must be submitted to Mr. George Brown by the August 3rd deadline and include the company name, names of attending individuals, and any questions or comments to discuss. Sessions will be held via WebEx with dates and times to be provided later.

The Government will be conducting On-on-One Sessions for those Industry partners who met the entrance criteria for the HW LRIP/FRP Requirement. These one-on-one meetings will be an opportunity for industry to provide questions and comments concerning the HW LRIP/FRP requirement and an opportunity for the vendor to receive responses to the follow-on clarification questions submitted from the draft RFP.
You are reminded that, IAW FAR 15.201(f), questions and answers provided during one-on-one sessions will be published in Beta.sam.gov. However, information disclosed during one-on-ones that reveal the industry partners’ confidential business strategy or proprietary information will not be released and is protected under FAR 3.104.
If you met the HW LRIP/FRP Entrance Criteria and are interested in participating in the One-on-One Sessions, we request that you respond to this notice no later than 03 August 2020. We anticipate that the one-on-one sessions will be conducted via WebEx. We request that you limit your attendance to a maximum of five (5) individuals from your company and/or your subcontractors. If you would like to request a One-on-One Session, please submit your request to Mr. George Brown, Army Contracting Command – Redstone, at george.l.brown1.civ@mail.mil by 03 August 2020. Your request should include the following:
