About this opportunity
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Information Returns Modernization (IR Mod) Program Management Support services. The IRS is seeking vendors capable of providing program management transformation support, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness support, and delivery management support for the IR Mod program. The key objectives are to manage the execution of the IR Mod program, act as the integration point between IT and the business, manage the product roadmap and release plan, communicate across the enterprise, and execute the governance framework. The RFI response is due on April 19, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. EST, and responses will be used for market research purposes only.
The RFI does not specify any set-aside designations. The NAICS code is not provided, but the Performance Work Statement indicates the services are for program management support. There is no incumbent contractor currently providing IR R1 and R2 release support. The anticipated award value or budget range is not stated in the RFI documents. The period of performance is a 12-month base period with two 12-month option periods.
