Synopsis - M67001-16-T-1056


Marine Corps Engineer School, Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for the lease of two large volume production machines, period of performance starting 21 days from the award of the contract for one year, with two option years.


It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532420, office machinery and equipment rental and leasing. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR part 13.  The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer.   Award will be issued on an all or none basis. 


 The solicitation, (M67001-16-T-1056) will be posted on or about 12 February 2016 and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov.  It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.  Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov.  Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well.  All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).  Contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://wawf.eb.mil/.  The point of contact for this solicitation is Sergeant Eric VonReichenbach, Contract Specialist, (910) 451-3011, eric.vonreichenbach@usmc.mil.   Alternate point of contact is Lisa P.
