The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to solicit a Hazardous Material Storage Building contract set aside for Total Small Business, with responses to the market research Request for Information due August 7, 2026. The requirement supports the DEA Authorized Central Storage Program and consists of procurement and delivery of single-compartment and dual-compartment hazardous material storage buildings over one base year and four option years.
Buildings must feature double-wall welded galvanneal steel construction, leak-proof sump containment exceeding 220 gallons, removable shelving, explosion-proof lighting and outlets, 60-inch double-leaf steel doors with 2-hour fire ratings, grounding kits, DOT and NFPA 704 signage, and steel ramps.
