This RFI does not constitute a solicitation and carries no commitment to award or reimburse response costs.
The Government seeks information from authorized UKG resellers to support acquisition planning. The solution serves approximately 91,000 users across domestic and overseas locations, including U.S. Direct Hire, U.S. Personal Service Contractors, and Locally Employed staff. Respondents must demonstrate current FedRAMP authorization status and availability through existing Government contract vehicles (GWACs, GSA Schedule contracts, NASA SEWP, CIO-SP3, GSA IT Schedule 70).
The Government requests pricing models (per-seat, enterprise licensing, or subscription tiers with technical support labor as separate line items), estimated implementation timelines structured as Phase 1 (approximately 35,000 users at base option start) and Phase 2 (remaining users approximately 6 months into performance period), data migration capabilities for historical timesheet data, leave balances, and employee profile information, post-implementation stabilization support, and document retention support up to six years. Respondents must provide company information, proof of reseller approval, and at least one but no more than three Federal Government implementation references with agency names, contract numbers, periods of performance, and points of contact.
Responses must be submitted by email to Contracting Officers Kellie Herschler (HerschlerKR@state.gov) and Michael Henderson (HendersonMP@state.gov) in Times New Roman 12-point font as PDF or Microsoft Word, not exceeding ten pages excluding product literature, pricing sheets, and past performance documentation.
