Added: Apr 22, 2015 3:32 pm The U.S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA has a requirement for providing Full Food Services which includes food, personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation and other items or services necessary to provide Full Food Services at U. S. Coast Guard Sector Sault Ste Marie, MI for a base year plus four option years, if exercised by the Government, beginning 1 October 2015. 

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 722310 (Food Service Contractor) with a size standard of $38.5 million. For the calculation of annual receipts and number of employees see parts 121.104 and 121.106 in SBA's Small Business Size Regulations, http://www.sba.gov/regulations/121/.

Interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at www.ccr2000.com or by calling 1-866-227-2423.

NOTE: Proposals from State Licensing Agencies (for Blind vendors) operating under the authority of the Randolph-Sheppard Act, 20 USC, 107(a-e), must be given a priority in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Education at 34 CFR 395.33. If a proposal is received from a State Licensing Agency, the Government may consult with the Secretary of Education to determine whether any priority should be given that proposal. This consultation may be necessary, even if a proposal is judged as not having a reasonable chance for being selected for award.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. The proposal package shall be available by accessing www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about 8 May 2015. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. Amendments to the quotation will also be provided on the Internet using the same protocol listed above.
