Paragraph 1:
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration is seeking to procure fire sprinkler and fire alarm testing services for the George H. O'Brien, Jr. VA Medical Center in Big Spring, TX. The contractor must provide all supervision, materials, transportation, tools, and labor necessary to perform testing and inspection of the facility's fire suppression and protection systems in accordance with NFPA and TJC standards. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the government. The contractor must have at least one NICET 1 certified team member and one NICET 3 certified employee on staff. Offers are due by May 31, 2024 at 1:00pm CDT.

The contractor shall provide all supervision, materials, transportation, tools, and labor necessary to perform testing and inspection of fire suppression and protection systems as outlined within the Satement of Work (SOW) and in accordance with the standards for EC.02.03.05.
The ensuing contract from this solicitation will be for a base 1-year contract plus four (1)-year option periods.
