Applications must be received by October 31, 2024, and selected providers will be notified by December 20, 2024, followed by a conference call in January/February 2025 to review expectations.

While an exact award value or budget range is not provided, the MOU will be effective from 2024 to 2030, with an annual review between the parties. Failure to comply with MOU requirements may result in corrective actions or termination of the agreement.
