This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is HSSCCG-17-Q-00102, and it is issued as a request for quotation.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 (Dec 20, 2016).
This requirement is a HUBZone, small business set aside, and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a small business size standard of $11 million.
A list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure (including options) is attached. The attached Statement of Work provides a description of the requirements for the services to be acquired. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this contract and as does the addendum to the provision. Addendum to 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this contract and is included in the attached Terms and Conditions. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4 Alternate I, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as does the addendum to the provision. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are applicable to this acquisition and can be found in the Terms and Conditions attached. Additional contract requirements or terms and conditions necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices are found in the Terms and Conditions attachment.
