About this opportunity
The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award a sole-source interim task order to Deloitte & Touche, LLP for enterprise integration modernization and program support services, valued at $9,800,009.15.
The justification rests on GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(iii) as a logical follow-on to the existing FFP Task Order No. 70Z02325F43000001, which expires July 27, 2026 and was originally awarded competitively on the General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule. The Coast Guard cites urgency driven by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act mandate, government shutdown delays affecting recompete milestones, and Deloitte's institutional knowledge, security clearances, and proven capability to sustain mission-critical customized solutions and prevent service interruptions. The task order runs from July 28, 2026 through January 27, 2027, funded through Fiscal Year 2026 Operations and Support appropriations. Services support the Coast Guard Office of Civil Engineering and Logistics and initiatives including Rapid Response and Prototyping, Surface Forces Logistics Center modernization, and Accessions Service Center Recruiting. Work encompasses implementing customized Power Platform technical applications and automation solutions, maintaining operational dashboards, updating real property inventory, identifying capital assets, sustaining Force Design initiatives, and integrating legacy processes to support data integrity for the Coast Guard's $80 billion infrastructure portfolio.
