This is a Sources Sought Notice only and is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e) in order to conduct market research. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a guarantee to issue an RFP in the future. OVERVIEW:



The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, and the VA Western New York Healthcare System anticipate a requirement for primary care and certain specialty services in a capitated Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) setting in Chautauqua County, within the city limits of Dunkirk, New York.



SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

Responses shall be no more than 5 pages in length.

Detail your firm s capability to deliver primary care and certain specialty services in a CBOC setting, ensuring you include responses to the Specific Response Items listed in the section below.
