About this opportunity
This Special Notice from the Department of Commerce announces the agency's intent to award a sole source contract to Dodge Data & Analytics LLC. The Office of the Secretary seeks to acquire two data files containing sub-national construction industry activity information in the United States. The period of performance is a 12-month base year from August 30, 2021 through August 29, 2022 with four optional one-year extensions.
The Notice seeks the data to supplement the Bureau of Economic Analysis' computation and quality control of regional GDP and private fixed investment statistics, and to estimate sub-national output and value-added measures in its regional accounts. Interested parties have until August 16, 2021 to submit capability statements for consideration in determining whether competition is advantageous, and must include pricing information. Dodge Data & Analytics is currently justified as the only responsible source due to its unique knowledge and experience providing these data files. The total period of performance if all options are exercised would be five years.
