The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance of Work Statement (PWS) as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to provide Custodial Services at approximately 70 buildings located on Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB), Idaho. Major categories of work include general custodial services, categorized as Basic, Prestige, and Special Requirement Services. The requirement also includes "unique requirements" for the Child Development Center, Youth Center, and the Fitness Center due to public health sanitation reasons.
