This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or around March 18th, 2015 for a new requirement to direct, coordinate, and supervise the development of Programs of Instruction (POIs), Training and Readiness (T&R) Events, and oversee the regular Course Content Review Boards schedule in support of the Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Pre-deployment Training Program (PTP). The anticipated procurement is expected to be a Firm Fixed Priced type contract. This is not a request for responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

Set-aside status:
The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100% set-aside for HUBZone Small Business pursuant to (FAR 52.219-3). The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 611430, "Professional and Management Development Training".
