SUBJECT: The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, NOAA, located in Silver Spring, MD, intends to acquire a copier maintenance agreement to include black and white and color copies each for six copiers, as identified in the Statement of Work. Copier maintenance shall include on-site maintenance, service and consumable supplies. The service shall include Parts, Labor, and Toner, but exclude paper and staples. Period of performance: one 12-month base period and two option years.
This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this action is 811212. Interested firms may submit their quotes via email to karen.w.jones@noaa.gov, referencing announcement number EE-1330-17-RQ-0026, no later than February 10, 2017, by 12:00PM NOON EST. Quoters should refer to Section III of the Statement of Work for
Instructions to Quoters for quote submission information.
Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
All questions must be submitted in writing to Karen.w.Jones@noaa.gov by 12:00 A.M. Eastern on February 2, 2017. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date is on or about February 24, 2017.
