About this opportunity
Defense Logistics Agency Aviation intends to solicit a sole-source contract for 52 oxygen concentrators (NSN 7R-1660-016781742-V2) with a due date of September 28, 2026. This procurement carries a sole-source justification under DoD-STD-100 due to source control restrictions; the required technical data, government data rights, and manufacturing or repair knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from alternative sources, nor is qualification testing of substitute parts or use of a second source part feasible for the intended application.
Delivery is FOB origin. The Government does not possess adequate technical data or data rights to support multi-source competition, and such data cannot be economically obtained. Interested parties may access relevant Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, Qualified Products Lists, and Qualified Product Databases through ASSIST-Online (http://quicksearch.dla.mil/) or by contacting the DoD Single Stock Point at 215-697-2667 or 215-697-2179 (DSN: 442-2667). Patterns, drawings, deviation lists, and purchase descriptions are not available from the Single Stock Point and must be obtained separately.
