The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage to perform the work in accordance with the Statement of Work and attachments. A site visit is scheduled for September 5, 2024, and questions must be submitted by September 11, 2024. Quotes are due by September 20, 2024 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price contract based on an evaluation of technical capability and price, with technical capability being the more important factor.

This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 238220 with a size standard of $19.0 million. The estimated value of the contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. The period of performance is 45 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, which will be issued 10 days after contract award. ***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN IDAHO***
A. This is a solicitation for Project # Burley Fire Office HVAC System Replacement Burley, Idaho.
B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement to demolish and install new HVAC systems at the Burley Fire Office in accordance with the contract requirements. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information.
C. A site visit will be conducted on Thursday, September 5, 2024, 12:00 PM Mountain Time. See solicitation document for more information regarding the site visit including instructions to RSVP and meeting location. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions.
D. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than September 11, 2024 by 5:00 PM Mountain Time. All questions will be responded to through sam.gov (GPE) only.
E. The period of performance for this project is 45 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded.
F. The disclosure of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(b).
G. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220, size standard of $19.0 million.
H. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project.
I. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation.
J. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be considered for award.
