This procurement seeks forestry contractors to perform thinning and grapple piling activities within the Baker City Watershed project area, specifically covering 651 base acres and 221 optional acres of treatment work. The solicitation operates under an existing BPA (#1240BE22A00XX) that was previously established through a competitive process under FAR 13.303, and this call order is being placed under FAR 13.303-5. Performance will take place in Baker City, Oregon (97814), within the greater Baker City Watershed project area. The solicitation notice indicates that multiple small businesses currently hold the underlying BPA, though specific incumbent names are not disclosed in the available documentation.
