The agency need consists of providing, supervising and managing labor for Administrative and Office Support Services in support of Western Federal Land Highway Division Highway Engineers located in Vancouver, WA, 98661. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 561110, Office Administrative Services; size standard is $7.5 million. This competitive solicitation is 100% set aside for Women Owned Small Business, all others will be deemed non-responsive. The Government intends to issue one (1) firm fixed price IDIQ contract, with an estimated value of $750,000 to $5,000,000. This acquisition will be considered in accordance with FAR 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. Solicitation documents are available at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Offerors should search for Solicitation DTFH70-15-R-00012 to access solicitation documents and any Amendments. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER TO RECIEVE NOTIFICATION OF ACTIONS INCLUDING POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS, as well as offeror’s submitted questions and applicable response. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE FEDBIZOPPS SITE FREQUENTLY AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AMENDMENTS. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to WFL.contracts@dot.gov or faxed to 360-619-7855, ATTN: SERVICE CONTRACTS. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  Due date for response to Soliciation DTFH&)-15-R-00012 is September 21, 2015 by 1400 PT.   All contractors are reminded they must be registered in the SAM database in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM). If the offeror is not successfully registered in the SAM at the time of award, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offerors.
