RFI questions and Responses

Regarding the plaques, are the gold circles shown on the plaque for placement of the Pins?

Yes, The gold circles are shown for placement of the pins

You are asking for all the plaques in 6 weeks, can they be produced and delivered in allotments vs all of them at once?

The plaques to be delivered all at once to ensure we are dispersing to all employees who will receive them in an equal and timely manner.

For the 1.25 lapel pins do you know if the surface on the face is smooth or is it textured with the metal?

The pins are a texture process that features a multi-dimensional direct print process similar to 3D printing.

Also for the plates on the plaques I see that they have the tacks pressed in but is that something you will be wanting the new plaques to match or are you open to other methods of securing the plate?

We would prefer to keep our plaques all matching having the tacks on the plates pressed in.
