About this file

This is a Participating Addendum Number 505ENT-O25-AEDANDACCS-03 between the State of Wisconsin and Zoll Medical Corporation, executed under the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement Number SW0300 for Automatic External Defibrillators & Accessories. The master agreement was originally executed by Zoll Medical Corporation and the State of Oklahoma as the lead state. The Wisconsin addendum allows all state agencies, institutions of higher education, cities, counties, districts, and other political subdivisions of Wisconsin, as well as authorized nonprofit organizations within the state, to utilize this contract vehicle.

The contract covers automatic external defibrillators and related accessories, with all products and services available through the master agreement being offered to Wisconsin purchasing entities. The addendum incorporates the scope, pricing, terms, and conditions of the master agreement, including applicable discounts, reporting requirements, and payment of administrative fees to NASPO ValuePoint and the participating entity. The agreement is effective as of September 1, 2024, or the date of the last signature, whichever is later, and will terminate upon termination of the master agreement. Zoll Medical Corporation must submit quarterly electronic usage reports to Wisconsin's Department of Administration via email, with reports due within 30 calendar days after each quarter ends. The contract also allows authorized subcontractors, dealers, distributors, resellers, and other partners identified on Zoll's NASPO ValuePoint webpage to provide products and services under this addendum.
