This solicitation is designated as a set-aside for small business enhancement with award priority consideration. Awards will be made on a grand total basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with priority given to DSBSD-certified micro businesses (bids up to $10,000) and subsequently to DSBSD-certified small businesses (bids up to $100,000), provided the agency determines pricing is fair and reasonable. Bidders must submit firm unit prices and clearly identify any cash discounts for prompt payment. Bids remain valid for 60 days from submission, and contractors must provide 24-hour advance notice before delivery.
