About this file
Exhibit C is a Liquidated Damages document for a Security Guard Services contract for Orange County, Florida, specifically for utility facilities. The document outlines specific performance standard violations and their corresponding financial penalties for the contracted security provider. The first violation involves unstaffed posts, with escalating fees ranging from $250 for up to three hours to $750 for absences exceeding eight hours. Additional violations include $250 penalties for failing to submit required documentation or complete mandatory retraining within prescribed timeframes.
The fee structure is designed to incentivize consistent performance and compliance with contract requirements. Each violation type carries a flat $250 fee, with the unmanned post violation having a tiered penalty structure that increases based on the duration of the security post being left unattended. The document indicates that performance standard violations are not limited solely to the referenced sections, suggesting potential flexibility in assessing damages beyond the explicitly listed scenarios.
