About this file
This document is a Master Agreement between Sourcewell, a state purchasing program located in Staples, Minnesota, and Wright Manufacturing, Inc., a company based in Frederick, Maryland. The agreement is a cooperative contract vehicle (RFP #112624) that enables eligible entities to purchase goods or services through a competitively solicited procurement process.
The contract covers services related to sidewalk, walking path, and parking lot maintenance, and snow removal, with an initial term of four years ending on January 31, 2029 and the potential for up to three additional one-year extensions, bringing the total possible contract length to seven years. Pricing is governed by a current Sourcewell-approved pricing list, and suppliers are prohibited from exceeding listed prices. The agreement includes provisions for compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and offers a cooperative purchasing platform that allows governmental and educational entities to access pre-negotiated pricing and terms without conducting individual competitive solicitations.
