Notable requirements include maintaining shelter areas, elevator landings and platforms, bike paths where applicable, retaining walls, and underpasses. The document indicates that contractors must maintain access to critical infrastructure including Transfer Power Sub Stations (TPSS) and ensure sidewalks remain clear on both sides of streets leading to stations. The contract includes a 25 percent small business enterprise (SBE) goal, indicating a set-aside for disadvantaged businesses.
