Response: Yes. There is a pad for the trailer already installed.

7) Can a site visit be conducted? Yes. If your company would like to schedule a site visit you can contact me via email and I will provide you with that information.
8) Can you confirm if the small business set-aside requirement was changed to no restriction?
Response: This requirement has not been changed to unrestricted; it is solicited as a total small business set-aside.
9) In the solicitation, it was requiring that the unit is less than 3 year old. Is this for hardware only vs. the hardware AND trailer?
Response: Yes. This is for both the hardware and the trailer.
10) Can the unit and the trailer be an upgrade within 3 years?
Response: Yes. As long as the unit itself was upgraded it could be a viable option.
11) Page 6 of the solicitation notes a PoP for the Base Year to be 1 Dec 2015 - 30 Nov 2016 which conflicts with the due date of the RFQ currently set for 12 Dec.
Response: The performance start date will shift depending on when the contract is awarded. The Government is aware that the initial period of performance listed in the solicitation has passed.
12) Would a Modular Building that fit the pad be acceptable in lieu of a trailer? Modular units offer many more benefits and options than a trailer.
Response: Yes. As long as the Contractor removes the unit upon completion of the contract.
