Government on the next business day. No extra days shall be counted against the allowable downtime provided all required COM work has been satisfactorily completed prior to the scheduled turn back time. Any performance objectives below the acceptable quality level identified for the surveillance period will be documented as unsatisfactory performance.
6.2. Inspection Rating Procedures. When performance is determined acceptable, the Dorm Manager/COR will document the acceptable performance on the inspection form. When performance is determined unacceptable, the

The COR will document the unacceptable performance, reasons why and requested re-performance completion date. The COR will request the contract manager initial the surveillance form. If the Contractor wants to dispute the results of the surveillance, the COR must refer them to the Contracting Officer for resolution of the matter.
