About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for solicitation W912PM25QA023, which involves a Confined Space Rescue Team requirement for the U.S. Army (indicated by the "W912" contract number prefix). The document contains three key points of clarification: (1) This is a new requirement, not a recompete; (2) Certifications and IDs for proposed team members are required at the time of quote, with the understanding that team composition may change after contract award; and (3) SPRAT certification is mandatory both at the time of quote and during contract performance. The Q&A is dated 8/18/82025, though the year appears to be a typographical error and likely should read 2025.

Question # Question Response

1 Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? This is a new requirement.

Do we have to provide certs and IDs at the time of quote? With the time frame being many months out the crew could and most likely will change depending on the time frame.

Certifications and ID’s are required at the time of Quote for proposed team members. If the team members to be used changes after contract award you may provide new certifications at that time.

Is SPRAT certification is a mandatory requirement at the time of quote and/or during performance?
