QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

W912LM-13-R-0001 Full Food Service 10 January 2013

Question: Can you please advise as to whether there is an incumbent contractor for Solicitation # W912LM-13-R-0001? If so, could you please provide the contractor name and the contract number that was awarded?

Answer: The current contract is for Labor hours only. This is a New Requirement which the vendor will supply, prepare and serve food.

Question: What was the number of meals that were served last year?

Answer:

The numbers listed on the Request for Proposal (RFP) were rounded up from the actual numbers from Fiscal Year 2012 which was from 1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012 and only include SIK diners. The numbers may fluctuate due to training and other states utilizing our facility for military training.

As stated in the RFP under the Performance Work Statement (PWS), SIK (Subsistence-in-Kind) diners have first priority, and then the Contractor may serve Non-SIK /walk-ins, as long as it does not impede the service for SIK diners.
