Page 1 W912LA-16-T-7019 Program Manager II Services Q&A – 4 11-Aug-16

Question Answer

1. Can you provide the incumbent information and contract number?

This requirement is currently being fulfilled by Alutiiq Diversified Services, LLC under a sole-source 8(a) award through their GSA TAPS schedule. The task order number is W912LA-16-F-7000.

2. Has a contractor performed similar work to this for the Government in the past?

a. If available, please provide the incumbent contract number?

b. If you are unable to provide a contract number, is it safe to assume this is a new requirement for the Government?

This is not a new requirement for the Government.

3. Is there an incumbent? See the answer provided for questions 1, 2, and 2a above.

4. Will current employees be returning?

The Government cannot prescribe which employees are devoted to the effort. The current requirement does not meet the requirements for Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers Under Service Contracts (FAR 22.1203-2(a)) because it does not exceed the SAT. The current contractor-provided employee is adequately qualified for the position, is familiar with the tasks and duties of this requirement, and is not otherwise objectionable to the Government.

5. What is the wage determination code for this?

The applicable Wage Determination for this requirement is 05- 2061 (Rev.-17) dated 29 December 2015. A copy of this Wage Determination will be incorporated by Amendment 02.

Note: Questions 6-15 appear to reference “National Guard Bureau” as the contracting agency. This is incorrect. The appropriate contracting agency is the California National Guard with the; servicing contracting office being 129th Mission Support Contracting (129 MSG/MSC). These questions are provided verbatim; please read “National Guard Bureau” as “California National Guard” or “129 MSG/MSC”

6. Does the National Guard Bureau have the requisition in-house for this particular solicitation (W912LA-16T-7019)?

Please clarify your question.
