Q&A
Question: There is a combination of water closets existing at Bldg. 800. Some are standard 15” rim height and others are ADA 17” rim height. Would the owner prefer to replace all of the water closets with 17” rim heights, not just in the ADA stalls? Or would they prefer to have 15” WCs in the standard stalls and 17” only in the ADA stalls?
Answer: Replace all toilets with 17" rim heights
Question: The existing urinals are supplied by ½” lines coming out of the walls. All standard urinal flush valves today call for ¾” water supplies. We have no idea what size piping is located behind the walls or how far back we would need to go to find larger water lines. How does the owner prefer that we bid this in order to use new flush valves?
Answer: Resolved
