About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity W912J326QOR01-0001 regarding latrine, handwash station, and dumpster services for HHD 615th Transportation Battalion, posted April 20, 2026.

The contract is a new procurement requiring the vendor to provide and service latrines, handwash stations, and dumpster containers at a single location on a synchronized schedule. The government will supply water access via existing faucets at the site. The requirement specifies three 10-yard roll-off dumpsters; however, the government has clarified that 30-yard roll-off dumpsters are acceptable as an alternative. The three roll-off containers will be positioned at individual locations within the site rather than consolidated at one spot, with SFC Salazar designated as the government point of contact to coordinate drop-off locations with the selected vendor.
