Questions and Answers Solicitation W912J2-20-R-0001 Laundry Service Camp Douglas & Fort McCoy
Reference PWS: **Note for this location: Pickup and delivery will occur as need exists on a call-in basis. Pick up days are Tuesday- Friday. (Pg#8, 5.2) Question: “does it have to be call in?” having a truck on standby would not be feasible. We can most definitely schedule a pick up day once a week, twice a week or we can do a bi monthly or monthly. In summary we can custom tailor a scheduled pick-up and delivery service to meet your needs.
ANSWER: for CIF: We cannot set a specific day or week rotation because we don’t know how often Units will bring in the items. However, we are very flexible and when we call to make an appointment, it does not have to be immediate. It can be the following week if that works for the company. We will work with the company and set up a date and time that works for both.
