Solicitation W912EF-16-R-0115 Dworshak Janitorial Services
Questions & Answers, September 7, 2016
Q1. There are two different due dates in the solicitation. Are responses due September 8 or September 12?
A1. Amendment 1 of the solicitation officially extends the response date to September 12, 2016, and 12:30 pm Pacific.
Q2. Is a propane floor buffer allowed?
A2. Propane equipment is allowed; however, per paragraph 4.1.3 "No combustible fuel shall be stored on the Project, and no propane, diesel, or gas-powered equipment shall be left on site with fuel still in the tank."
Q3. Is there a location inside the dam [sic] to store a company vehicle?
A3. It is assumed this question actually means, “Is there a location inside the fenced or gated project areas to store a company vehicle?” The Project is able to designate a single space at the Powerhouse parking area for one marked Contractor vehicle to be left at the site. Project work takes precedence over this arrangement, and the Government may sometimes require the Contractor to come to the site during non-contract work hours relocate the vehicle temporarily.
See additions to paragraph 1.9.6 of the Performance Work Statement for further clarifications.
