About this file
This amendment to a solicitation provides a phasing summary for a renovation project at Building 320 located at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District will award a firm-fixed-price construction contract procured using sealed bidding procedures to renovate the building. Key aspects of the project include asbestos abatement, roof replacement, mechanical and electrical upgrades, office renovations, and other interior work. The phasing plan outlines a series of sequential construction phases to complete the project while keeping portions of the facility operational. Temporary relocations, safety measures, and continued operations are addressed.
